Web Project Manager

Cramer Development is seeking web project manager with expert organizational skills. Full and part time applicants are encouraged to apply.

As a web project manager, you will coordinate projects, clients, and the efforts of our talented and jovial web development team to help keep projects moving forward and on track.

A thorough understanding of website development methodologies and trends is required. A working knowledge of CSS and HTML/XHTML are necessary as well as skills in Photoshop and Fireworks. We are willing to train the right individual for this position.

Software Engineer

Cramer Development is seeking an experienced, passionate, and talented software engineer to work with our adept, distributed, and fast paced team. This is a contract or full time gig.

We're looking for someone who can jump in and take ownership of challenging application development and design problems. You will need a proven understanding of database design principles along with knowledge of application and database servers. Most of our efforts happen within MVC frameworks, such as Ruby on Rails and CodeIgniter. We also have a few of our own frameworks that we jam on including one in server-side JavaScript. Since this is the web, you'll also need to know your way around JavaScript frameworks (such as jQuery and Prototype), CSS, and HTML/XHTML.
